The power of Jesus is Rising in Japan… it's time now! Japan for Jesus!

Back in the Game! (De volta ao Jogo!)

Wow! It has been a really long time since I didn’t update this blog, sorry to all for my delay, but as you may know, a lot of things happened and well, thanks God, things started moving forward again. Everyday we live from victory to victory.

First of all, I want to thank all of you who prayed for the health and quick recuperation of my dad. He had to undergo surgery to remove his gall bladder, which was infected and full of little stones. He stayed in hospital for over 3 weeks and after he left that place, he looks much better in all senses. Thanks again to all for your prayers, visits, gifts, support and love during that hard time.

So, I’m happy to share with you all that the Golden Eagles Soccer Club (if you don’t know who we are, please read the first post I made in this blog) are back in the game! Two months after the big earthquake and tsunami, we are able to come back to practice again. We had to change our practice days and also the practice times, because no public fields are using lights, it was a struggle to find a new place for us. 4:30 to 5:45 is the best we could do, hard for the kids, cause they leave school at 4.

After all, we had our first practice last Friday the 13th, and as it was spected to something creepy to happen, it pouring rainned during our practice! So I only had 2 kids on the practice… that’s right! TWO KIDS! but oooohhhoooo… we practiced anyways! under the heavy rain! And let me tell you… it was the best thing I could have ever done! It was so awesome to be able to teach two little kids under the rain and after pray with them and teach them about Jesus UNDER THE RAIN! What an adventure uh!? All the glory to God, our King!

So, just to finish this post ya’ll…. I want to share with you our new creation! Our team’s logo! Yes! We created a shield and it’s going to be with us forever! Awesome start for us, thank you João Gabriel (NOVA Impresão e Design) for all your help and dedication! Hope you guys enjoy it and please continue praying for us! Love you guys! Peace!

With God in your heart, not even the rain will stop you from dancing. (By Keller)

Golden Eagles Soccer Club

Our new shield

Wow!

Toda a gloria a Deus, nosso Rei!

A logo do nosso time! Sim!

  2. Brother, it’s so awesome to have you back… Yes it’s been a long time. However, I know everything you must have passes through and the hard times Japan is living, but God is so great that I know the whole country will be recover for the glory of Him.

It’s also so good to know about the GESC activities that you’ve been carrying out. Two children is just fine but dude, just trust in God and you’ll see how many children will be in the soccer festival the next days, no matter the rain, the sun, the rays or whatever… Remember, if God is with us, who or what against us?? Your activities with children is just so great, I hope some day give you a hand… I really hope in God one day to see you again and your lovely family. God bless you all. And don’t forget to update this page🙂

Take care brother. God bless you greatly! luv ya =)

  3. Keller. Thought I’d check out you blog. It is, I believe, a gift we receive to be able to teach kids. We become Their temporary guardians. That makes us responsible as well. Good luck with the soccer games. God bless. Alias Caretaker. Lol.

    • Hey! It’s the “Caretaker” !! Thank you so much for the visit! It means a lot to me, thank you so much! As you said my friend, it makes us their temporary guardians, and we get their parents trust, which is awesome, to be trusted on… I wanna take that advantage and do the best I can to make those kids greats warriors in the future! Not for wordly wars, but to make them real man for God! A new time is comming, not for Japan only, but for all the kids that hear the word of God NOW and will apply it at their best in the present and in the future! God bless you more than before my friend! Peace!
