Palestra sobre o Brasil (Presentation about Brazil)
Hoje tivemos a maravilhosa chance de visitar os meninos da sexta serie do Higashi Shogakko (Escola Leste) em Oyama – Japão. A prefeitura nos convidou para ensinar a criançinhas japonesas, tudo o que soubessemos sobre a cultura Brasileira. Estiveram presentes mais de 120 crianças. Foi uma experiência muito abençoada, pois tivemos a oportunidade de criar um vinculo social com elas para que no futuro possamos trabalhar novamente com elas.
A apresentação foi muito legal, graças a recepção calurosa dos meninos foi tudo muito mais fácil de desenvolver. A cada slide que se passava, era muito incentivante ouvir o “ohhhh” da criançada… especialmente quando chegou a hora de comida, turismo e futebol, rsrs!
A criançada foi muito participativa e ao mesmo tempo super educada (com tantas regras que os professores impõem na escola, não tem como não sejam desse jeito… se essa moda pega no nosso país heim?). Ao terminar, foi muito comovente ver mais de 120 crianças se curvarem em agradecimento a nós, logo vieram varios meninos em nossa direção com suas anotações e até desenhos que copiaram da nossa apresentação, demostrando que prestaram muita atenção e ao mesmo tempo querendo pegar um autógrafo, rsrs. Quem somos nós para dar autógrafos? Nos fizeram sentir muito especiais naquela escola hoje. Que Deus os abençoe muito e que no futuro esses meninos todos tenham muitas chances mais de ouvir da Palavra de Deus!
Orem para que novas portas de evangelização se abram no Japão a cada dia e para que o Espírito Santo quebrante corações mesmo das crianças para que desde pequena idade já tenham experiencias com Cristo!

Today we had the wonderful chance of visiting the sixth grade kids of the Higashi Shogakko (East School) in Oyama – Japan. The people from the city hall envited us there to teach the little japanese kids, all we knew about the Brazilian Culture. There were more than 120 kids! It was a blessed experience, because we had the oportunity of creating a social link with them so that in the future we would be able to work more with them once again.
The presentation was very nice, thanks to the warm reception of the kids everything was easier to develope. At every slide shown, it was very inspiring to hear the “wooooow” of the kids… especially when it was time to talk about food, turism and soccer, lol!
The kids were participating very well and they were also very polite (with so many rules imposed by the teachers, there is no way they wouldn’t be like that… I wish we were all like that). At the end, it was very touching to see over 120 kids bowing thankfully in respect to us, after that, some kids came excited in our direction with their notes and even drawings that they made of our presentation, showing us that they were paying very good attention and at the same time trying to get some autographs, haha! Who are we to give autographs? Those kids made us feel so special today! May God bless those kids and that in the future they may have more chances of listening to the Word of God!
Please pray so that new doors of evangelism could open each day and for the Holy Spirit to soften the hearts even of little kids so that even from little age they may have experiences with Christ!
